And the Morning Sickness starts!

Hey everyone!

It starts! The Morning Sickness is here! Been feeling so nauseous today so thought I would pick up these...

I tried them today and haven't noticed much yet but then I only had them on for a short while. I've heard really good things about them actually, A few people on YouTube etc have recommend them too so thought I would try them for myself :) I also thought I might do a short review on them once I've used them a bit more.

So I have my next scan next week so I will be uploading a photo I'm really hoping that everything is ok so keep your fingers crossed! You'll see the Gestational Sac and Yolk Sac in a previous blog if you go back a little. Hopefully we've progressed on from that as it'll be about 2 weeks later. I've heard little bean grows a lot in the First Trimester. The Sonographer said that we will hopefully see a heart beat :)

My Symptoms:
Slightly sore boobs
Slightly sore nipples
Dizziness
Very very tired
Nausea on and off
Feeling strange

I'm currently taking:
Santogen Mum-to-be (Pre-natals)

I'm craving:
Currently craving Egg Mayonnaise sandwiches (I gave in and made two which I ate rather quickly!) and now I feel sick again :( Also was craving Tuna earlier (which I can't have) and Ice Lollies.

Thanks for reading!
See you soon!

Work and Feeling Tired

Hey everyone!

So I will be doing updates every week throughout my pregnancy but I thought I would do little insights into my life as a pregnant lady during the week too! :)

So I am currently between 5-6 weeks and I am feeling it! Been doing lots of work recently and been so busy at work (I work in an office) just feeling so tired! It's not nice when you are too tired to even do any housework and then you just feel useless I bet you all know what I mean right?

I keep wondering when the best time would be to tell my colleagues, probably past the 12 week scan I guess? Oh! and I got my booking appointment today! It's for in a couple of weeks time and when I'm also having my re-scan at the hospital so hopefully it'll all be ok! I'm so new to all of this, I have no idea what I'm doing haha. I never thought I'd be able to care for and look after a new born baby but the changes I've seen in young women that I know is incredible. The change from young lady to mother makes me believe that I can do this... I think :/

I also wanted to mention some other bloggers/vloggers on here as they have helped me with my journey so far by watching there amazing inspiring videos and reading their interesting blogs. Search 'Corrine and Matt' on youtube, such a lovely lady who is really informative of symptoms etc! Also search 'Katie and Baby' Another lovely lady with great information such as 'what you need for a newborn' and other videos including lifestyle videos, day in the life's and reviews etc!

So sorry if i'm boring! I'm really enjoying blogging so far and I hope to start my Vlogging channel on Youtube soon (at around 6-7 weeks) so watch this space! I've started filming some clips but wanted to get used to the video software before I upload anything and embarrass myself haha! There will be a new page coming soon with information on my Youtube videos and reviews etc.

My symptoms:
Nausea (on and off)
Sore boobs
Sore nipples
Very very tired!
Some cramping
Very dizzy when standing
Feeling hot in flushes

I've been taking:
Santogen Mum-to-be (Pre-natals)

Cravings:
Ice Lollies!

Thanks for reading!
See you soon!

Is this harder than the TWW?

So ladies, my question is... Is this harder than the Two Week Wait?

The reason I'm asking this is because I'm currently between my 5 week scan and waiting for a scan at about 7 and a half weeks. As you might have seen in my previous post I had an ultrasound at 5 weeks and it showed a sac and yolk sac which had progressed since the week before (when we saw nothing) which is great! But I'm still waiting to see if a baby develops and that's so hard!

Every twinge and symptom you tend to over analyze and worry about. Like the fact I keep getting cramps every known again and also keep having fluctuating symptoms, one day they are there the next they are gone. The Sonographer did tell me this is normal though, so trying to ignore it!

So ladies... What do you think? Is waiting to see if the pregnancy is viable or not harder than the Two Week Wait? Leave your comments below or let me know via email!

My symptoms:
Nausea (on and off)
Mildy sore boobs
Mildly sore nipples
Very tired
Some cramping
Dizziness
Feeling hot in flushes

I've been taking:
Santogen Mum-to-be (Pre-natals)

Cravings:
None today!

Also just as a little extra I wanted to mention that I will be doing a few reviews about lifestyle products as well as pregnancy/maternity/baby related products.

Thanks for reading and following my journey!

5 Week Ultrasound and Beta HCG Results!

Hi everyone!

So today I had a 5 week ultrasound to check the viability of my pregnancy due to some bleeding previously. I had a scan at 4 weeks and understandably didn't see anything but a thickened lining? (I'm trying to sound like I know what I'm talking about haha) Today I'm quite pleased as we saw a Gestational Sac and Yolk Sac measuring 7mm and the Sonographer said I was about 5 weeks and that all looks normal so far! (Big smile on my face :) ) Here is a image of the scan I had today. Let me know your thoughts etc! They have scheduled me for another ultrasound for in just under 3 weeks time, so long to wait and super nervous that everything's ok! They hope to see a baby and heartbeat at that ultrasound.

So last week at about 16dpo I had bloods taken and the results were 660 then again more blood taken on 18dpo and the results were 1515 so the doctor said they were pleased that the pregnancy seems to be progessing! Yay!

My symptoms:
Nausea (on and off)
Sore boobs (underneath)
Mildly sore nipples
Very tired
Back pain
Some cramping
Dizziness
Feeling hot

I've been taking:
Santogen Mum-to-be (Pre-natals)

Cravings:
Spaghetti Bolognaise (My cravings keep changing and don't last long!)

Thanks for reading ladies! I'd like to know your thoughts/comments so please comment below! :) Also check out my reviews page for a review on pregnancy tests for those POAS addicts!
